El Carmen Orphanage (Panama) 2007
MOST responded to a request for support from the Panamanian Red Cross to renovate the orphanage, which houses 30 children up to age 4 who are orphans or in vulnerable situations. Thanks to support from the Herrod Foundation, renovation and refurbishment work is being carried out.

In December 2010, MOST donated 20 pairs of shoes for children aged 6 to 17.
